Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the tuna, scallions, garlic, serrano, red onion, tomato, soy sauce, sesame oil, 1 tablespoon lime juice, and mayonnaise in a medium bowl. Mix until all are combined, then add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. Place the avocado in a small bowl. Season with the remaining lime juice & salt to taste. Mash to combine well.
  3. Spread the prepared avocado mash over each tostada shell. Top with a generous portion of the spicy ahi tuna mixture. Garnish with chopped cilantro and top with hot sauce (optional).
